About
Lawrence Loeffler
Consultant, advisor, and strategist helping organizations move from complexity to clarity.
Background
I've spent the better part of two decades working at the intersection of strategy, leadership, and organizational design. My work has taken me from early-stage startups navigating their first inflection points to Fortune 500 companies rethinking how they operate at scale.
Before founding my independent practice, I held senior roles in management consulting and corporate strategy — work that gave me a deep appreciation for what separates organizations that execute well from those that don't.
Today I work with a small number of clients at a time, which means every engagement gets my full attention. I'm not interested in volume. I'm interested in impact.

How I think about this work
Clarity is not a luxury. It's the precondition for everything else — good decisions, aligned teams, and strategies that actually get executed.
Most organizational problems aren't strategy problems. They're clarity problems. The strategy exists — it's just not shared, understood, or acted on consistently.
My job is to help leaders see their situation more clearly, make better decisions, and build the organizational conditions for those decisions to stick.
Let's work together
